woow,
its been like ages since i last updated,
yeah,
im back from my holiday to thailand,
it's not as fun as expected but who cares?
im back =)
Im glad to be back cus you know why =)

anw did tried a RO and unfortunately my back still hurst,
a little bit though,
but at least there's an improvement,
