Looking forward to next coming sunday!!
Celebrating baby's birthday!
I know is abit late la but no choice,
the past week we're really busy,
Training for Seventeen Magazine Comp,
Performing at Some event,
Studies, She celebrating with her cousins,
she celebrating with her clique,
she celebrating with her ex,
barely have time to celebrate for her,
weekends are not long you know =x
And more over i wanna celebrate one whole day with her,
which is most likely impossible -.-
So have to drag till next sunday!

Anw, went gym on sunday,

back day!!

Was really happy,

did pull ups, chin ups, pull down, V-grip pull down,

Bent over barbell rows, 1 arm rows, Bicep curls,

incline curls, isolation curls, hammer curls and barbell shrugs,

and dammit,

i injure my back becus of the barbell shrug,

i unracked it adn accidentally injure my back,

hope it'll recover soon,

Baby's mum is sick,

i hope she'll recover asap!

Watched Monsters VS Aliens 3D version with babe today =)
The 3D effect isnt that great except for the beginning,
the rest felt like normal to me,
only thing is that it made baby's eyes tired cus of the glasses,
funny show,
the Bob was retarded,
Brainless!
Hahaha!
