Anw, went gym on sunday,

back day!!

Was really happy,

did pull ups, chin ups, pull down, V-grip pull down,

Bent over barbell rows, 1 arm rows, Bicep curls,

incline curls, isolation curls, hammer curls and barbell shrugs,

and dammit,

i injure my back becus of the barbell shrug,

i unracked it adn accidentally injure my back,

hope it'll recover soon,

Baby's mum is sick,

i hope she'll recover asap!
