ytd's training was alright la
was kinda free and easy,
did pitch toss to hands
and i can say it is painful -.-
my shoulder is breaking down.
wanted to visit the doc today but
i guessed i went to late
and thus it was closed.
Hais and tml training again =\
Im really tired today,
gym also cnt gym shoulders,
so did superly intensive chest workouts, biceps and triceps.
wad a pity i cnt train shoulder =(
it's gonna sag down like an old mans!
but whatever man,
like i'll let that happen.
